My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the temperature was a bit too warm on the 10th floor for the first night. The service was top-notch with a very welcoming and effective staff. The location was convenient for my destinations but was affected by ongoing construction. The dining options lacked variety and quality at times. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room availability was delayed and the deluxe room felt small for a 5-star hotel, the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center with clean, modern rooms, but my experience with the front desk regarding the room request was disappointing. The dining options were varied, although overpriced. Service was exceptional with a minor hiccup of misplacing my bag tag.
The hotel had clean and neat rooms with a nice view from the 13th floor. The frustrating sensor-activated water faucet was a downside, along with the absence of a shower door and shelving on the sink. The service was exceptionally cordial and supportive, especially from Mr Ameen. The location was fabulous, convenient for various destinations, including dining options and shopping malls. However, the dining experience had tasteless variety and lacked proper combination in dishes.
Upon my arrival at the hotel, I had to wait for an hour for my room, but I was eventually upgraded to a deluxe room which felt too small for a 5-star property. The included breakfast was a nice touch, and there was ample space for meetings. However, the smell of cigarettes from a neighboring room was quite off-putting.

The dining experience was marvelous and very well-organized, although not all items were available. Overall, a stay with positives and negatives.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, and they even have a beautiful restaurant in the lobby where you can get Starbucks café. The cleanliness and modern decor really stood out. However, there were some issues with electricity that affected my stay.
